Raspberry-Yogurt Salad

Ingredients
- 6 oz raspberry gelatin powder -- Jell-O brand (I prefer sugar-free)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 quart raspberry yogurt (1 large or 4 small containters)
- 2 cups raspberries -- fresh or frozen
Directions
Mix jello, water, and lemon juice really well in large bowl. Add yogurt; beat till smooth using a small electric mixer. Add fruit. Pour into serving dish mold & your done!! Let firm up for serveral hours-overnight is best.
