Cole Slaw

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream, light
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon celery seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 1/4 pounds cabbage -- thinly shredded
- 4 green onions -- thinly sliced
- 2 stalks celery -- thinly sliced
Directions
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, celery seed, mustard, pepper, sugar and vinegar thoroughly. In a large bowl combine cabbage and onions. Mix lightly with dressing. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with parsley.
For variety, add 1/2 grated English cucumber.
