Cabbage-Ramen Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage -- shredded
- 8 green onions -- finely sliced
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 packages chicken Top Ramen - crumbled
- 1/2 cup almonds - slivered
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup rice apple cider vinegar or wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup virgin peanut or olive oil
- 2 packets Top Ramen Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Johnny's Dock Seasoning
- 7 Tablespoons Brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons warm water
Directions
Shred the cabbage, slice the green onions, and combine with the cabbage; refrigerate. In a small skillet, melt the butter. Crumble and brown the ramen noodles, along with the sesame seeds and almonds, in the skillet containing the butter. Set aside.
For the dressing, mix the vinegar, oil, ramen seasoning mix, Johnny's Dock Seasoning, brown sugar, and warm water.
Just before serving, add the toasted items to the cabbage and toss with the dressing.
