Hamburger-Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, extra lean
- 3 cups rice, cooked
- 1 medium zucchini -- sliced and lightly steamed
- 1 medium onion -- diced
- 2 cloves garlic -- crushed
- 30 ounces tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt -- (Johny's)
Directions
Cook rice, brown ground beef with garlic and onion, and then steam zucchini. Put beef mixture into a casserole dish or 9x13 pan. Add the rice and zucchini. Pour tomato sauce and all other ingredients over the top. Stir in well until mixed. Cover top with the cheese. Cover and bake for 45 minutes on 350-degrees.
