Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2lbs ground turkey
- 3 tablespoon Worcester sauce
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal (or combine oatmeal with bread crumbs)
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 small onion -- diced
- 1/2 green pepper diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Directions
Sauté onion and green pepper with garlic until tender; set aside. Combine turkey with remaining ingredients and mix well. Add in onions, peppers and garlic. Shape into loaf and place in shallow baking dish or loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Halfway through baking, glaze meatloaf with honey mustard.
