Sweet 'N Sour Chicken

Brown chicken breast pieces in large pan or skillet. Remove. Sauté the onion and garlic powder in the olive oil until onions are soft and clear. Add the cornstarch and stir/mix with wooden spoon. Add the pineapple juice, vinegar, tomato sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar. Stir and add salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken back in. Also add the pineapple chucks. Simmer for at least 20 minutes on lowest setting possible (stir often). Serve over rice.

Note: You can use pork in place of chicken. It's also wonderful!
