Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, each cut into 3 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons green onions -- finely chopped
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
Directions
Coat the cubed chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. Melt butter in a large baking dish in the oven. Spread the butter around the pan evenly. Place chicken in the pan. Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350-degrees. Turn chicken with a large, flat spatula. Combine juice and soy sauce and pour juice over all. Sprinkle with onions and sesame seeds. Bake 15 more minutes with no cover.
