My Meatballs

Preparation Time: 0:25 min + simmer time
Ingredients
- 3/4 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1/4 lb ground pork
- 2 tablespoon onion -- minced
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Mix meat with other ingredients. Shape into small balls. Heat oil in frying pan. Brown meat balls on all sides slowly. Add them, including the residue, into a simmering sauce. let simmer on low a few minutes. Serve hot over spaghetti or favorite pasta. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
