"Chicken Fried" Steak

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds round steak
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil (can used flavor infused oil)
Directions
Pound steak thoroughly. Cut into serving pieces. Mix eggs and milk. Dip meat into mixture then into crumbs. Brown on both sides in hot olive oil in a heavy pan. Season, cover and cook over very low heat for 45 minutes. Can server with gravy if desired.
