Recipe By: Cindi Brandal
Servings size: 6
Preparation Time: 0:25 min
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons beef broth
- 2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
- 2 pounds sirloin steak, trimmed -- sliced thin
- 1 large onion -- sliced long and thin
- 3-4 cups broccoli flowerettes
- 1 small can bamboo shoots - sliced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce (I like Yoshida's)
- dash of chili pepper flakes (depends on you taste)
Directions
Cut beef into thin strips while still partially frozen for ease of cutting. Also thinly slice the onion. Stir-fry in hot wok (oil added) together until done. Add spices and sauces. Add broccoli and stir-fry until desired broccoli done-ness. Mix flour with water until a smooth paste. Stir into stir-fried mixture and cook until clear and a bit thickened. Serve over rice
