Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup Shortening
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 3/4 cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons Cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- pinch salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Roll into 1 inch balls. Roll each ball in a cinnamon-sugar mix. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for approximately 8-10 minutes. Cool on rack.
