Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup 1/2 & 1/2
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together in a deep, medium-size bowl. Add salt and then the melted butter. Add 1/2 & 1/2 and vanilla. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add more sugar to thicken or 1/2 & 1/2 to thin for desired consistency.
Note: Can also add a splash of your favorite liqueur, such as Kahlua or Frangelico. Keep in mind that you may have to lessen the amount of 1/2 & 1/2 to keep the right consistency.
