Soft Breadsticks

Ingredients
- 1 cup water -- warm
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 3 cups bread flour
TOPPING:
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Directions
Put the ingredients in the bread machine on dough cycle. Just before dough is done, preheat the oven to 350. Melt the butter in a 13 x 9 pan in the oven. Add in the other topping ingredients to the melted butter.
After the dough cycle is done, roll out dough on a floured surface to 3/4 inch thick rectangle. Cut strips of 1- 1 1/2 inch wide pieces and roll and twist breadstick to desired size. Dip the breadsticks in the butter mixture, and spread out on pans evenly. Place all pans in the oven for 10 minutes or until breadsticks are golden brown.
