Stuffed Mushrooms

Wash and dry the mushrooms. Remove stems and hollow out the mushrooms just a bit. Finely chop and reserve 1/4 cup of the removed mushroom meat. Cream the softened cream cheese and add all other ingredients. Mix well. Stuff into the mushroom caps. place on a cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for about 8 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Serve warm.
