Hollandaise sauce

Servings size: 3/4 to 1 cup

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick of margarine
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1 egg
- 1/8th teaspoon salt
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon of lemon jucie (or juice from 1/2 fresh lemon)
Directions
Pour butter slowly in blended mixture. Beat about 30 seconds, until froth begins. To thicken, allow to cool.
